I collaborated on this work with video artist andchoreographer who created the video for the work. 

    While trying to come up with an idea for the piece, I stumbled upon a saxophone quartet fragment. I created a sample out of this fragment. The sample was so catchy that it became the focal point for the entire piece. The sample reoccurs throughout the entire work against varying backdrops. Each time the sample reappears it changes based on the surrounding textures as if motif is moving through a series of funhouse mirrors.
